We received a message from Dr. Lérida Almaguel Rojas, who informs us that the 5th Latin American and Caribbean Symposium on Acarina Biodiversity (mites and ticks) to be held in Havana-Cuba, from April 20 to 24, 2020, within the IX International Scientific Seminar on Plant Health, organized by the Plant Health Research Institute (INISAV), will not take place next year. It is expected to celebrate it in 2021, but later we will confirm this possibility.
